Human Resource Executive

Description

The Human Resource Executive will play a primary role in talent acquisition. This position will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This position will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions and activities, such as HR Operations.

Recruitment

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and social media (Seek, LinkedIn, Indeed, MyFutureJobs, Facebook, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and fit for the school.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, involving hiring managers in the process.
  • Manage and optimize the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Offering and negotiating with candidates to ensure a candidate’s acceptance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with ACE EdVenture’s goals and values.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the school’s reputation as an employer of choice by leveraging various branding techniques and platforms.
  • Create engaging job posts and content for various platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc), the ACE EdVenture website, job boards, Wikipedia, and career pages. Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, testimonials, and insights that reflect the ACE culture, pillars, and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as colleges and universities. Represent the ACE EdVenture at industry events and conferences to promote our employer brand.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Facilitate orientation programs and integration activities to help new staff acclimate to the school environment.

HR Operations

To ensure Employee’s Personal Data is up to date.

To monitor and ensure all due official letters are being administered in a timely and accurate manner.

To assist with other HR Operations activities assigned

Requirements

  • Holding an education qualification of bachelor’s degree and above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years working experience in HR related field will be a plus
  • High emotional maturity, discreetness, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 and, Industrial Relations Act 1967 with good knowledge of prevailing HR practices. (Is a plus).
