YOUR STORY
You are organized and detail-oriented, and you get a kick out of fast-paced projects across multiple programs. You understand how to effectively communicate with and manage different personalities. You are comfortable being the face of a brand at high profile events. You appreciate a challenge and adapt to whatever comes your way while staying focused on the task at hand, and you feel a great sense of accomplishment when a puzzle of task pieces is put together to launch an operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This position assists with the execution of various experiential marketing programs in support of a well-known Atlanta business powerhouse that has ranked among the upper echelon of Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” for 6 years in a row. The position will be a fixed term 3/4 month contract through to Mid-November, but depending on our every growing client list and team, there may be an opportunity to join TGI Wildcard longer-term in a full-time position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Allocate time properly to manage workload and prioritize tasks
● Create detailed pre-event planning and post-event wrap-up reports in accordance with TGI Wildcard’s templates
● Provide meeting status reports and recaps and deliver information clearly and concisely
● Represent the company and client in a professional and friendly manner
● Maintain daily written and verbal communications with clients and internal/external partners
● Provide on-site support of marketing programs including coordination of temp staff and related vendors
● Solicit vendors for proposals
● Ability to write reports covering the details of various programs
● Compile research related to venues, vendors and event related ideas
● Work on multiple event projects simultaneously and keep all details and progress up to date
● Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
● Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
● Experience multi-tasking and problem solving under pressure in a fast-paced, highly creative environment
● Fosters positive interactions with clients and employees at all levels of the organization
● Gathers and analyzes information, understands and processes information to determine next steps
● Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to assist on other programs as needed
● Ability to react quickly and positively to changes required by clients and programs
● Ability to write reports covering the details of various programs
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Ability to travel at least 35% of the contracted time; travel varies by program and may include weekends · Ability to support onsite activations 1-3 days per week in
the Atlanta market. This may include hours before 9am, after 5pm, or on weekends.
