ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Software Developer with a passion for the gaming industry and a desire to provide high-quality game servers to our thousands of customers.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to meet our company’s needs. This individual should have a strong background in software development and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in our Eindhoven Office
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Debug and test software systems before deployment
- Collaborate across disciplines to implement technical solutions
- Maintain and improve existing applications and infrastructure
- Support internal stakeholders with technical requirements
- Stay current with technologies relevant to our platform and customers
REQUIRED CRITERIA
- Strong experience in web development across the stack
- Strong experience with any backend and frontend frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in SQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Clear skills in collaboration and working effectively with a team.
DESIRED TRAITS
- Experience with NestJS
- Experience with VueJS
- Experience with Go
- Experience in the game industry or other relevant fields
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
