About the Role

As our Area Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our stores and our National Retail Manager—driving performance, inspiring teams, and championing exemplary customer experience. Based on the shop floor, you’ll lead a team of Store Managers, working shoulder to shoulder with your teams to empower them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve commercial goals, and bring our brand values to life every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support 9 Store Managers across 10 stores in Victoria (including 3 regional)
  • Drive sales, customer experience, and operational excellence
  • Analyse store performance using tools like Shopify and Kepler to determine priorities
  • Ensure consistent brand experience and visual merchandising
  • Coach and develop high-performing, motivated & engaged teams
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and community engagement

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in multi-site retail management within fashion apparel (essential)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple, geographically dispersed locations
  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive prioritisation & decision-making
  • Passion for sustainable fashion, styling & creating exemplary customer experiences
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Detailed working knowledge of POS systems & streamlined retail processes (Shopify preferred)
  • Must have own, roadworthy vehicle and current, Australian Driver’s License (essential)
