About the Role

This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Sydney office. From managing supplies and maintenance to supporting our executive leadership team, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, creating a welcoming and functional workspace for our team and supporting key activities such as travel coordination, team offsites, and planning sessions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis, working on-site in our Sydney CBD office three days a week (Tues–Thurs).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters

• Manage office maintenance and liaise with building management and external vendors as needed

• Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, and snacks to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace

• Own and coordinate team lunch orders on in-office days

• Provide ad-hoc executive support, including travel bookings, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics

• Assist in planning and coordinating internal events, offsites, and team planning sessions

• Ensure the office remains clean, organised, and aligned with our company culture and values

About You

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, EA, or in a similar administrative or workplace coordination role

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with minimal supervision

• Friendly and professional communicator, with a “can-do” attitude

• Experience in supporting leadership teams and coordinating travel or events is a plus

• Familiarity with how fun office environments thrive is beneficial
