Overview
Simpel’s Client Success team takes ownership of the whole customer experience and plays a key role in driving digital transformation across our clients’ projects and organisations. The team works closely with the Product & Development team as well as Marketing and Sales to improve customer experience at every touchpoint in and out of the product.
Previous experience in the construction industry or the construction technology sector will be highly regarded.
As the Client Success Manager, you’ll:
- Ensure clients unlock the full potential of Simpel and experience unmatched value.
- Take ownership of the entire customer journey including onboarding, training, ongoing support and renewal.
- Consult & support clients in implementing and adopting Simpel and digital processes within their organisation.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Hold regular check-in calls, business reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data of client touch points and report on client health.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application and how clients are using it.
- Represent the voice of the client internally and ensure customer feedback informs product development and feature prioritisation.
- Improve the Client Success team through projects and initiatives.
Your skills:
- Experience in construction or construction technology.
- 2+ years as a Client Success Manager in a construction technology SaaS company.
- End-to-end customer lifecycle experience, from onboarding to account management.
- Ability to take initiative and interested to get involved in every aspect of the business and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, using analytical skills to devise solutions that deliver business value.
- Organised with a high attention to detail.
- Process driven with the ability to work in a team as well as a self-starter basis.
