So, what duties can you expect to do in your apprenticeship?

  • Learn hands-on skills in landscape construction and site preparation
  • Assist with paving, concreting, retaining walls, and drainage works
  • Work on planting, turf installation, and large-scale softscapes.
  • Operate and maintain a range of hand tools and small machinery.
  • Support site setup, clean-up, and material handling.
  • Gain knowledge in reading and following landscape plans.
  • Apply safe work practices and follow WHS procedures daily.
  • Work alongside qualified tradespeople and experienced supervisors.
  • Develop teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Participate in training towards a Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
  • Be involved in building iconic commercial and community projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Someone with a genuine interest in getting trade qualified while being paid
  • An interest in pursuing a career in the Landscape Industry.
  • Someone that wants a career with many great opportunities for advancement
  • Available to work Monday to Friday with 1 day a week at Tafe

What will you need?

  • Driver’s licence and own transport. Or ability to get to site.
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
