As Hampshire decentralises its finance function, we’re building embedded, high-performing finance teams across our core business units, Holidays, Communities, and Villages.
We’re hiring experienced finance leaders to own the end-to-end divisional finance function, reporting directly to the BU CEO and working closely with the Group CFO.

This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance, with occasional travel required.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the full BU finance function – from day-to-day operations to long-term planning
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting and provide strategic insight to the CEO and Group
- Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with AASB/IFRS
- Drive continuous improvement and systems/process transformation
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Align with Group Finance on reporting, controls, and policy frameworks
What you bring
- CA or CPA qualified
- 8–15+ years’ experience across financial control, operations, planning, and reporting
- Proven track record in asset-heavy, multi-site, or service-led businesses
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence to work directly with CEOs and senior leaders
- Ability to lead change and establish new structures during transformation
- Hands-on and strategic – you’re comfortable doing both
