What the Role Looks Like:
This isn’t your typical clinic job. As an Onsite Physio, you’ll be out in the real world, making a measurable impact by:
- Providing onsite physiotherapy and early intervention
- Walking the floor and building trusted relationships with employees and leaders
- Running ergonomic and manual handling assessments
- Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy habits
- Partnering with employers to improve workplace wellbeing
- Potential for 1 day work from home to assist with our triage service
Every day, you’ll focus on injury prevention—helping people stay confident, capable, and safe at work—while becoming a trusted health partner, not just a treatment provider.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree in Physiotherapy + full AHPRA registration
- 1+ year’s musculoskeletal experience (private practice or onsite ideal)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach
- Full working rights in Australia, valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport
