As a Sales & Account Manager, you will drive new-business acquisition in Vietnam and keep commercial relationships healthy after hand-off to our operations team. The target is to onboard 15 new retainer clients (around two per month) in the first year while maintaining high client retention. This is a full-time hybrid role, and we are looking for someone based in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. Your core responsibilities are:
New-Business Sales
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of Vietnamese brands, exporters and private-label sellers.
- Lead discovery calls, solution pitches and contract negotiations that align with Sitruna’s service tiers.
- Represent Sitruna at trade shows, Amazon-run roadshows and local e-commerce forums.
- Cultivate relationships with Amazon Vietnam’s Seller Services and NSR teams to secure warm referrals.
Relationship Continuity & Upsell
- Act as the client’s commercial point of contact once the contract is signed, while the Philippines team executes day-to-day communication and account management work.
- Check in regularly (email, call, Zalo or in-person) to confirm satisfaction, surface pain points early and identify upsell opportunities such as EU marketplace expansion or referrals to other brands.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, activities and forecasts in Attio CRM.
- Track KPIs including clients won, churn risk, average sales cycle and lead-source performance.
- Provide concise weekly status reports to the leadership team.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on Amazon marketplace knowledge from working in Amazon’s seller-facing teams, an agency, seller or an aggregator.
- Proven B2B sales record
- Established network among Vietnamese manufacturers, OEMs and private-label brands.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and professional English, with confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable interpreting P&L and basic Amazon forecast reports.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam for events and client visits
- Ability to work in a start-up environment, and collaborate with an international remote team
