filled and strong continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our

team.

About the Role

The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising

customer engagement and communication strategies across multiple digital channels. Working

closely with campaign managers, social media specialists, designers, and performance marketers,

this role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and communication strategies, including
  • email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify trends, segment audiences,
  • and inform strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and
  • improve ROI.
  • Manage marketing content and messaging to ensure alignment with broader promotional
  • campaigns and a consistent brand voice.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate campaign performance and recommend
  • improvements.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through
  • rates, conversion rates, customer retention, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design visually compelling and on-brand marketing
  • materials.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on insights and ensure compliance with best
  • practices across all communication channels.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in marketing, customer engagement, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using marketing platforms and data
  • tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and digital engagement best practices.
  • Experience in the hospitality, food, or technology sector will be highly regarded.
