About the Role
We are currently recruiting skilled and passionate Spa Therapists to join our opening team. We are welcoming applications for Part Time Positions.
As a Spa Therapist at Bamford Wellness Spa, you will deliver exceptional treatments inspired by the Bamford way of life – focused on wellness, sustainability, and mindful living. You’ll create a calming, rejuvenating experience for each guest through your expertise in wellness therapies, excellent service, and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a wide range of holistic spa treatments including massage, facials, body treatments and wellness therapies
• Consult with guests to tailor treatments to their individual needs
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in all treatment areas
• Keep accurate records of guest history and treatment details
• Recommend spa products and promote wellness offerings
• Sound knowledge of a comprehensive spa menu and the benefits of each treatment
What We Are Looking For
• Diploma-qualified in Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in spa, massage, or beauty therapy
• Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Previous hotel spa experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong technical abilities with a willingness to learn and grow
• Confident in recommending products and driving retail sales
• Warm, caring, and guest-focused approach
• Highly motivated, professional, and reliable
• Genuine passion for wellness, sustainability, and hospitality
