We’re proud to be breaking the mould in how golf is governed through a world-first collaboration between the PGA of Australia, Golf Australia and the WPGA Tour of Australasia. Together, we’re committed to real change and growth across the sport.
We know that golf like many sports hasn’t always felt like a space where everyone sees themselves. And we understand that women and other underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. But at Australian Golf Services, our belief is simple: “All golf is golf, and all of us can be golfers.” That mindset extends to our team too. We’re building an organisation where diverse voices, perspectives and lived experiences are truly welcomed where people can bring their whole selves to the work we do. So, if this role excites you and you think you could contribute, even if you don’t tick every box, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s have a conversation you might be just who we’re looking for.
