Your Solution Compounding Pharmacy in Brendale, Brisbane North, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a hospitality background who are ready for a fresh start in the pharmaceutical industry. There are both full-time and part-time roles available. For part time roles availability must include Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

The Role

  1. Compounding: Follow instructions and learn the process of compounding medications with accuracy and precision, including daily cleaning and sanitization
  2. Formulation: Help prepare custom medications using specialized ingredients and equipment.
  3. Quality Assurance: Assist pharmacists with routine checks and inspections to ensure the quality of compounded products.
  4. Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels of materials and supplies to keep the compounding process running smoothly.
  5. Compliance: Learn and follow all relevant safety protocols and regulations that govern pharmaceutical compounding.

Your Skills and Experience

  • No previous pharmaceutical experience required—if you’ve worked in hospitality and have transferable skills, we want to hear from you!
  • Attention to detail: If you’ve mastered the fine details of fast-paced production work, you’ll be a great fit for handling our ingredients with precision.
  • Organizational skills: Stay on top of inventory and processes just like you did in a fast-paced restaurant or café.
