Our wonderful Partner Support Team provides an exceptional support and acts as the first point of contact for our brokers, business partners and our national BDM team.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Rep/Account Manager to proactively develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of brokers.

About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries from potential or existing brokers and business partners on matters related to products, renewals, process and system enquiries
  • Pro-active approach to all aspects of account management
  • Contribute to business growth objectives by the development of new business and retention of existing business including renewals
  • Build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth
  • Develop and maintaining meaningful working relationships with brokers and ARs
  • Promote the company ethos by providing an exceptional customer experience to your broker network
  • Assist the BDMs in relationship and account management for TCA’s key accounts
  • Partner with BDMs in the management of Business Partners and Corporate Clients with ongoing training, webinars and broker visits to sustain fundamental relationships

What we’re looking for

Knowledge and experience

  • Previous customer services experience working with brokers would be highly regarded
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with proven examples of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs
  • Experience working in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional customer services skills with an outstanding customer-centric approach
  • Ability to promote products and services to meet the needs of our broker’s and their respective clients
  • Empathic, dynamic and outgoing with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • A mindset which is supportive and allows you to ‘walk in our customer’s shoes’
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
  • The ability and willingness to take initiative
  • A reliable, punctual, loyal and willingness to be part of a team attitude

Qualifications

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification would be highly regarded
