Location: Skala Bakery – West Lakes

Start Date: Immediate

Skala Bakery is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our West Lakes store on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve food and beverages (including coffee if trained)
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, tables, and equipment
• Restock display items and assist with opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We Expect From You:

• Full availability, including weekends
• Reliable and punctual – you’re always on time and ready to work
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Barista experience is preferred, but not essential
• A genuine interest in food, coffee, and customer care
