Location: Skala Bakery – West Lakes

Start Date: Immediate

Skala Bakery is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our West Lakes store on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
Prepare and serve food and beverages (including coffee if trained)
Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, tables, and equipment
Restock display items and assist with opening/closing duties
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We Expect From You:

Full availability, including weekends
Reliable and punctual – you’re always on time and ready to work
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Barista experience is preferred, but not essential
A genuine interest in food, coffee, and customer care
