The Opportunity: Bar Supervisor
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our bar and help craft unforgettable guest experiences. Your Role
- Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service with every interaction
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bar, including scheduling and team coordination
- Uphold the highest standards of guest experience — greeting patrons, managing orders, and resolving concerns with care and professionalism
- Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- Enforce compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Cultivate a welcoming and vibrant bar atmosphere, from music curation to special events
- Drive sales through innovative promotions and marketing initiatives
- Analyse performance metrics and make data-informed decisions to optimise operations
- Oversee bar budgets, tracking revenue and managing expenses responsibly
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role
- Strong cocktail, spirits, and beverage knowledge with a passion for mixology
- A natural leader who thrives on coaching, motivating, and energising a team
- Passionate about exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure moments
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety compliance in hospitality
- Available for a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- WSET or similar beverage qualification highly regarded
