The Role: We’re seeking a Bar Supervisor who brings energy, creativity, and leadership to the floor. You’ll lead a high-performing bar team, curate memorable guest experiences, and help create the vibe — from music and mood to mixology and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop your bar team
• Oversee daily bar operations with a hands-on approach
• Deliver seamless, high-quality service during busy periods
• Manage stock, ordering, and budgets
• Drive sales through creative promotions and activations
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages
• Confident, supportive leader who enjoys developing others
• Passionate about delivering warm, genuine guest experiences
• Organised, adaptable, and solution-focused
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
