2-Factor Authentication (2FA) without mobile reception
We know security is important to you but a number of small business operate where there’s limited mobile phone reception. We’ve released 2FA using third party authentication apps (like Google Authenticator) so you won’t need mobile phone reception to receive authentication codes to access Employment Hero. Rostering on mobile
We’ve released rostering on mobile! Your employees can now view their assigned shifts on their mobile app and check their rosters on the go.
Live Performance Award
We’ve introduced a new automated award to HeroPay, Live Performance! The live performance award covers performers, musicians, support staff, production crew and artistic personnel.
New Reports in HeroPay
We’ve released three new reports in HeroPay. You can now check payslip reports, payment file reports and journal reports. These reports can also be automatically scheduled on an ongoing basis.
Partial Payments in Hero Shop via InstaPay Now
Your team can now pay for goods in Hero Shop using a combination of InstaPay Now and their chosen card. This gives people more options for payments and lets them manage their finances with greater ease.
Thank A Hero – Open Beta
We have just released our Thank A Hero feature into open beta across desktop and mobile. This feature let’s your employees thank each other through Employment Hero and be recognised by your entire organisation. You can opt your organisation into the beta via the Beta Features Access button at the top of your Employment Hero home screen.
