Elissa is a specialist employment solicitor, with an extensive background is supporting businesses with employment law issues, legal strategy and defending employment tribunal claims.

Elissa’s experience extends from working in a global corporate law firm, to heading up a regional employment law practice as well as working in house. Elissa enjoys working closely with businesses on employment compliance, enjoys finding creative and commercial solutions with a ‘think out of the box’ approach. She has a particular passion for training, and enjoys working with people being promoted to senior management or C-Suite and supporting and coaching through the promotion journey.

Elissa provides expert commentary for BBC, People Management and is a Lexis Nexis author. Outside of work Elissa is a RNLI volunteer and serves as a Helm.
