10% First Year Subscription Offer — Terms and Conditions

About the Offer

This offer is made by Employment Hero UK Ltd (Company number: 12861071) of 10 John St, London WC1N 2EB and its affiliates (“Employment Hero”, “we”, “us”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”).
The offer is run in connection with Employment Hero’s partnership with Leeds United Football Club (“LUFC”) for the 2026/27 season.
The offer is open to UK-based businesses that are not existing Employment Hero customers at the time of redemption (“Eligible Businesses”).

Eligible Businesses who quote LUFC when speaking to the Employment Hero sales team during a demo will receive 10% off their first year Employment Hero subscription (“the Offer”).
The Offer applies to qualifying paid Employment Hero subscription plans only. Free plans, add-ons, and managed services are excluded. Eligible plans are confirmed at the point of sale.
The Offer is valid from 01/09/2026 to 15/12/2026. Redemptions requested outside this period will not be accepted.
The Offer is limited to one redemption per business. It is not transferable to any other individual or business.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive unless Employment Hero expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
The 10% discount applies to the first year of the qualifying subscription only. Standard pricing applies from the second year onwards.
Employment Hero reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, including where fraudulent or abusive redemption is suspected.

Personal data provided during the demo request and redemption process will be processed by Employment Hero (UK) Limited in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, for the purposes of administering the Offer and, where separately opted in to, sending marketing communications.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in these Offer Terms to £ refers to British pounds.
