We are a team of vibrant professionals with experience across a range of sectors including renewables, infrastructure, defence, regulation and policy, resources, and the urban development sector.

We are seeking an experienced National Water Lead to drive the growth and success of our integrated water teams.

About the Role:

This role will provide inspiring and effective leadership to guide a high performing team with expertise in surface and groundwater management. You will mentor and develop team members, including modellers, engineers and environmental scientists, while implementing strategies to deliver positive outcomes and maintain a competitive, robust and diversified service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for national water teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Grow, mentor and develop a high performing team of water professionals
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing sound advice and supporting business development initiatives

About You:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen in a professional services context
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar or equivalent position
  • Self directed, a positive attitude and is flexible and resilient when handling pressure with outstanding capacity to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional commitment to providing a high level of service to all clients and internal personnel
