Field Services Technician – uPVC Windows and Doors

Summary:

We’re a leading uPVC windows and doors manufacturer based in Dandenong South, and we’re looking for an experienced Field Services Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working across Victoria, supporting our products in the field with a mix of glazing-only jobs, service/warranty work, and the occasional install. Regional travel and occasional overnight stays are required as part of this position.

What you’ll be doing

• Glazing-only jobs (replacement units, re-glazing, adjustments)
• Service and warranty callouts (repairs, diagnostics, troubleshooting)
• Hardware adjustments and replacements (locks, rollers, hinges, handles)
• Door and window alignment, operation checks, sealing and finishing
• Occasional installation support when required
• Representing the business professionally on-site with customers/builders
• Regional travel and overnight stays

What we’re looking for

• Experience in window/door service, glazing, or installation (uPVC experience highly regarded)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Confident working independently on-site
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• White Card preferred
