Join our growing fleet operations team and play a key role in keeping our vehicles moving. You’ll be responsible for coordinating yard activities, ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers, and supporting vehicle movements between locations.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean, wash, and detail vehicles to company presentation standards.
- Conduct basic inspections to ensure vehicles are road-ready and damage-free.
- Refuel and recharge vehicles as required.
- Move vehicles between branches, workshops, storage facilities, and customer locations.
- Conduct pick-ups and drop-offs in line with operational schedules.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring professional handovers.
- Organise and maintain the vehicle yard to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Support the operations team in daily workflow to meet customer demand.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the subscription service.
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive space is desired but not essential.
- A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
- Attention to detail in vehicle preparation and auditing.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with vehicle preparation and basic vehicle checks.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and regulations.
- Experience working with Telematics and tracking devices.
