🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll play an important role in guiding customers through the subscription journey while delivering a seamless experience from first enquiry to vehicle handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Guiding customers through the vehicle subscription process, providing accurate information and support
- Converting qualified leads into active subscriptions by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM and subscription platforms
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company requirements
- Assisting with customer communications related to vehicle handovers, returns, and subscription lifecycle events
- Monitoring active subscriptions and proactively following up on next steps where required
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member or manager
- Encouraging customer feedback and online reviews to support continuous improvement
- Maintaining a strong understanding of vehicle specifications, subscription offerings, and promotions
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer journey
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Confidence engaging customers to understand needs and support lead conversion
- Understanding of basic sales principles and performance targets
- Comfortable handling enquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms
- Previous experience in telesales, inbound conversion, or subscription-based services
Desirable
- Experience in vehicle subscription, automotive, or mobility services
- Background in a contact centre or inbound customer service environment
- Familiarity with sales pipelines or lead management tools
