Now, we’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to help lead the next chapter of our financial evolution. What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will be a finance business partner, supporting operations teams and General Managers to make sound commercial decisions.
- Oversee the end of month process, which includes the disbursement of homeowner and corporate revenues from regulated trust accounts, ensuring month end deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy. This includes the preparation of management accounts and continuing to drive automation and efficiency in the performance reporting process.
- Supporting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and preparing regular variance analysis and packs to be presented to management. You will be identifying trends, foreseeing upcoming business changes and modelling their financial impact.
- Be responsible for communicating financial results in a confident and concise way, leveraging your ability to build strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders.
- Completion of the group consolidated financial statements and working with external auditors in the completion of the annual financial audit.
- Treasury management, working closely with the group Financial Controller to manage cashflows across the business,
- Owning the decision making and problem solving process for finance operational issues and matters that arise relating to payments and financial queries from the business.
- Support with finance migration projects that arise during the acquisition of new businesses
- You will be managing a team of 5 resources, ensuring their continued development and managing team resources to effectively meet deadlines and key deliverables.
Who We’re Looking For
- A commercially driven finance leader with 5+ years’ experience in both professional services and commercial environments.
- CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
- Proven experience working in high-growth, agile businesses — ideally with exposure to tech, property, or tourism.
- Loves ‘getting their hands dirty’, jumping head first into the detail and sees things through to completion.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and a deep love for solving complex problems.
- A good collaborator, in person and remotely. We are very proud of the collaborative culture we have built (it’s what makes us special!). You will also need to represent finance across a number of business areas, so good collaboration is key.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and committed to seeing things through — even when priorities shift fast.
