About the Role
We are seeking an all-round labourer to join our busy and dynamic operation. This is an ideal role for someone with general labouring experience looking to start their career or learn about a whole new industry.
Tasks of the role include:
• Operate the site fuel Ute, refuelling machines and vehicles
• Daily checks of plant equipment and machines including lubrication, pressuring cleaning, end of use cleaning schedule
• Quality checking all inbound timber and picking out contaminants
• Completing logs and OH&S documentation
• Liaising with Team Leaders and Supervisors to advise of any issues, operational improvements etc
The role is a permanent, full-time position. Shifts run for approx. 10 hours Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work available.
About You
You can demonstrate the importance of safety and compliance. We operate in a high-risk setting, and the wellbeing of our people and protection of our assets is the most important thing.
The following requirements are a must for this role:
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness to participate in our pre-employment background process including completing a national police check, medical etc.
• Flexibility to work overtime and/or outside regular hours when required
