The Role:

We have a permanent position based at Tomago for an experienced Vehicle Spray Painter/Panel Beater, working a 4 day week roster (either Monday – Thursday). If the applicant is a Panel beater, then Automotive Spray Painting experience is also a prerequisite. This role will involve working on various vehicles and defence projects.

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Be a trade qualified Spray Painter (or equivalent) and have worked in the vehicle trade for at least 2 years.
  • Demonstrate competency and confidence in all Spray Painting and repair work/assembly tasks.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a high quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Have a willingness to learn and desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Be physically capable to perform repetitive tasks – lifting, bending, twisting.
  • Successfully pass a pre-placement medical including D&A testing.
