About the Job

Smokeball is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is tenacious, a motivated self-starter, with a hunger for success.

As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth at Smokeball, working within our Sales team to deliver high-volume prospecting, calling, and qualifying of sales leads. You will be an excellent communicator, who can stand out from the crowd.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔎 Prospecting for new clients using various channels like cold calling, email, and social media ; passing leads to the Account Executives

📈 Meet or exceed monthly and Thirdly KPIs and quotas for lead generation and conversion

💻 Maintain prospecting databases, interaction records and report on KPIs

👩‍💻 Provide basic information to prospects about Smokeball software, remaining up to date on new releases and key features

Your Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience in an outbound sales role, customer service role or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Motivated self-starter, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in the legal industry desirable, but not necessary.
