The Role

We’re looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our busy kitchen team. To be considered, you’ll have:

  • 2+ years’ industry experience, ideally in a bistro or restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of French pastries and classic techniques
  • Experience in high-end, fast-paced environments
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • A collaborative, positive approach
  • Understanding of stock control and ordering
