About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Auckland.

Reporting to our Commercial Director and working alongside our experienced commercial team, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and civil projects throughout New Zealand.

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle – from assisting with tenders and estimating through to progress claims, cost reporting, and final accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to build your QS expertise in a supportive and fast-paced environment, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Knowledge of the Commercial Plumbing / Mechanical Sector
• Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with our key clients
• Experience preparing budgets, take-offs, claims, and contract reviews
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
