Key responsibilities
- Carry out construction tasks like cementing, paving, and building retaining walls
- Maintain a high-profile, award-winning site to top standards
- Operate tools and machinery
- Some Horticultural work in quiet periods
- Complete site paperwork: pre-starts, Take 5s, daily reports, and SWMS
- Communicate with clients and uphold a professional site presence
- Maintain, program, and repair irrigation systems
- Support seasonal planting and small design enhancements
- Identify and report site issues or improvement opportunities
- Enforce WHS practices across the team
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety
- Mentor and support junior staff
- Assist with basic pricing and estimating tasks
What will you need
- Relevant Trade Qualifications preferred, experience is more important
- Driver’s licence
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
