About the job

YMCA Geelong is seeking energetic, enthusiastic and presentable individual to join the team. Applicants must have a genuine interest in the health and safety of the community and providing participation in sporting activities. This will include weekend work. No gymnastics experience is required as training can be arranged.

Applicants who have completed a beginner or fundamental qualification are encouraged to apply – although no qualification is required.

If you’re looking for a career change, extra work or love sport consider the YMCA. Applicants must be over 15 years of age.

Gymnastics Beginner Coach is a entry level position working week nights 4.00pm -8.00pm. Weekend shifts 9.00am -4.00pm – targeting school Leavers no previous experience require.

The successfully appointed applicant will be required to adhere to the Safeguarding Children and Young People policies and practices which include; safeguarding children and young people induction, annual SCYP training programs & committing to upholding the safety and wellbeing of children and young people throughout terms of employment.
