Position Description
Sync Lift Engineering have a new and exciting opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join the team in the Gladstone based head office. This role will be supporting the local team to ensure tooling & equipment is managed correctly for major projects and shut downs.
In this roles you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining up to date records of tools, equipment and other materials.
- Performing stock takes on inventory to ensure records are kept up to date.
- Keeping up to date maintenance records & schedules for tooling and equipment.
- Managing incoming/outgoing tooling and equipment for major projects and shutdowns.
- Building and maintaining relationships with couriers and transport companies to ensure goods are delivered in a timely manner.
To be considered for these roles you must have:
- Proven experience in a store person role, preferably in the Engineering or Maintenance sector.
- Current Forklift ticket
- MR Drivers Licence
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft suite programs.
Successful candidates must be able to meet all site entry requirements including drug and alcohol testing and a pre-employment medical.
