Job Description

• Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements from home builders and clients for new homes to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Perform data analysis to identify the trends of house building and construction industry, selections, personalised patterns and so on to make informed decisions and improve customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical parties, facilitating clear communication and understanding of building project objectives, progress, and challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications, to ensure project transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that support objectives.

Experience / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry.
• Expertise in managing complex business situation analyses.
• Proficiency in technical writing, including BRDs, user stories, and other documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with home builders and clients.
