Summary:
We are looking for a confident and highly skilled individual with experience in Office Administration to oversee the reception and administrative functions of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and providing support various departments and senior management.
You will have high interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the organisation such as filing, maintaining office supplies, data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate and manage office operations, including managing schedules, organising meetings, appointments and travel arrangements and maintaining office supplies
- Provide support to various departments and senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Respond to enquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and maintain confidential information and records
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Coordinate and manage weekly procurement of consumables, including purchase of weekly food supplies, equipment & resources
- Manage maintenance schedules and organise contractors and quotes as required by the business
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Cert III in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large team of staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Ability to work effectively with people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences
- Possession of current open QLD Driver’s Licence
