Customer Care Officer
We are a fast-growing PropTech company and a market leader in secure invoicing solutions for the real estate industry. Our platform enables real estate agencies to offer their clients—sellers, landlords, and others—a flexible pay-now or pay-later option for marketing costs, helping to manage the expenses of property sales.
The Role:
As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll join our dedicated support team to assist real estate agencies using our platform while managing your own loan portfolio. Your role will involve guiding customers through their loan applications, repayments, and enquiries, ensuring they feel supported and informed about their financial commitments. You’ll excel at following processes and building rapport with customers, using your critical thinking to assess repayment risks.
While you’ll be able to work independently, you’ll also thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Exposure to consumer finance or real estate is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding service to real estate agencies and their clients using our platform.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage a portfolio of loans, maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure smooth repayments.
- Identify potential issues with accounts and act proactively to resolve them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery.
What You Bring:
- Experience in finance, sales administration, or property management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance in finance or lending is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling phone enquiries.
- A team-oriented, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- A passion for delivering great service and contributing to business success.

This is an office based, 8.30am – 5pm, city based role.
