OVERVIEW

We are looking for a casual weekend Residential Building Managers to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and is able to effectively communicate with residents.

Hours: 8am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist tenants and keys
• Supervision and Coordination
• Contact contractors for repair
• Assist with tenants moving

To be considered, we require you to possess the following as a minimum:

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
• Friendly, positive approach and pride in your work
• Keen, honest and reliable
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to organize and prioritize tasks

The right candidate for this role will have proven success in a similar role or background. You will also have a good overall understanding of property maintenance and repairs procedures.

We are looking a person who can work autonomously. You will need a positive can-do attitude and approach your responsibilities pro-actively and with confidence.
