Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Trainers to prepare and process student files throughout the student life cycle.
- Ensure the integrity of all student and client details on databases and paper files.
- Track, manage, and report on enrolment attendance, statistics, and other training data.
- Ensure processes are followed as per the ASQA standards.
- Respond to training and enrolment enquiries.
- Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
- Work in a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an RTO is highly advantageous.
- Administration experience with a strong focus on data processing.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Attention to detail ensuring compliance with data integrity.
