Job tasks and responsibilities

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated Trainer for the Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery.

You will be responsible for:

Program planning and operations

Delivering training

Conducting assessment

Industry engagement in Commercial Cookery

Monitoring and reporting on academic progress

Skills and experience

Applicants MUST address the following SELECTION CRITERIA as part of their application:

Experience in training in the VET sector in the area of baking

A relevant Industry qualification and links with employers

Demonstrated understanding of training packages and units of competency

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116

Experience validating assessment and learner resources

Demonstrated adult learning/education and training experience

High level communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Advanced computer literacy/experience with MS Office
