As our Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will:

  • Drive Digital Engagement: Lead content creation and scheduling across social and digital platforms in line with Morling College’s brand.
  • Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging copy, graphics, and videos for web, email, and print to boost recruitment and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  • Deliver with Excellence: Manage marketing and admin tasks with initiative and precision, ensuring consistent, high-quality communications.
  • This role is permanent part-time, 22.8 hours/week (3 days/week).
  • Remuneration: $62,881.70/year pro-rated to $37,729.02/year (excl. Super).

Desirable Attributes:

  • Formal qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce/Pardot), and content management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in social media management, basic graphic design (e.g. Canva), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website user experience best practices.
