Focus People Market Research recruitment assists Advertising Agencies, Marketing Departments, Government Departments and Market Research companies with their research projects. We recruit respondents for research projects all around Australia (Metro, Regional and Rural areas), we assist clients to book suitable venues for their research project and assist with ensuring their project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your role will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office and for supporting staff in a busy organisation. In this position you will provide support to the Managing Director as well as administrative support to the recruiting and project management staff along with day-to-day office management and reception.

Daily tasks

Answering incoming phone calls to the office

Managing enquiries from respondents about projects running

Liaising with recruiting staff

Managing our administration email inbox

Assisting the managing director with daily administration tasks

Organising diary and meetings for the managing director

Plus many more administrative tasks

Personality/Skills Required

Confident phone manner

Highly organised

Capacity to prioritise and delegate tasks

Experience with computers and phones
