Purpose:
Conduct primary and secondary research and analysis; collect market insights and join the dots to bring to life complex market realities and deliver high impact presentations to varied client landscapes. This role will have significant exposure to the senior leadership team and an early opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
• Market research across a wide variety of sources to help understand complex stakeholder dynamics in relation to drug development and commercialisation
• Analyse research findings to develop insights to support the project context and objectives
• Attend national and international conferences to gather information for specific projects as required
• Help develop data into succinct summaries and conclusions to drive high impact recommendations to support the project context and objectives
Project Delivery
• Develop specific elements of final client deliverables, guided by a Senior Consultant
• Participate in client meetings, debriefs and presentations, presenting key elements where necessary
• Manage sub-contractors or project work streams as appropriate
Business Development
• Support the creation of proposals and other business development initiatives as required
• Work with team members to promote Eradigm’s profile in the consulting stratosphere with passion and drive for quality
Team Management:
• Identify appropriate mentoring opportunities and participate in onboarding new members into the team

Technical Competencies
Research:
• Able to identify and assemble highly relevant secondary information sources in a time effective manner creatively using a wide variety of sources
• Able to identify and directly contact best sources for primary research and effectively conduct scripted interviews to get the required answers
• Conduct research in a smart manner, knowing when to stop and gauge if enough has been found
Analysis:
• Understand the difference between summaries and conclusions
• Create high quality, intuitive summaries using a wide variety of data types, both qualitative and quantitative
• Able to develop good analysis which draws on an understanding of the overall project objectives
• Have a good understanding of the commercial themes associated with projects with more emphasis on understanding specific functional/tactical aspects
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree: minimum BSc. in life sciences, physical sciences or business-related fields
• Relevant experience in commercial consulting projects and / or valuable, or relevant internship experience
• Experience in a commercial research or consulting role (i.e. biotech / pharma), or in a commercial or clinical setting in pharma, healthcare, diagnostics (likely to be gained over 1-2 years) or related industries
