Description

Assist Head of QC to complete QC department document translation (example Quality Handbook, department training manual, 3rd party quality guidelines)

Assisting Head of QC on quality issue and quality assurance (Handle high damage project including claimed data collection, arrangement, analysis and improvements requirement. Send report to vendor, tracking the progress until the case is closed)

Assist Head of QC to collect all relevant document and established the archives management / data management; (QC Inspection report, PPSA report, 1st cutting report, sample review report, CCF report, SKU worksheet, product line drawing size, technical drawing, AI, color panel etc)

Monitor and follow up on the production schedule status of all cooperative factories and assist Head of QC to supervise all QC’s work status.

Assist Head of QC to follow up, collect, report and solve the daily work of QC department.

Assist Head of QC to prepare QC meeting agenda and prepare the minute of all meetings for internal and external.

Good communication, coordination and cooperation with other team to fully understand customer request and meeting the objectives set.

Finish other ad-hoc work / task assigned by the leadership.
