We have been operating in Canberra for some time now and as a result of continued success and growth which has been driven by client demand we are looking to appoint a Principal Consultant.

About the Role

To go into our next phase of growth we are looking for a seasoned and networked Principal to lead the build on our offerings across Canberra and ensure that Davidson Technology is confirming its reputation locally as a leading workplace performance business. You will have a strong support network both locally and nationally, our footprint across all levels of government and Defence nationally is something we are extremely proud of.  This role will provide an opportunity grow roots for a leading national, Australian owned business with more than 30 years industry experience and proven track record in delivering excellent outcomes for our candidates and clients.

This role has many facets and key focus areas, responsibilities include:

  • Leading Sales activity from the front.
  • Account Directorship of key clients in the Federal Government & Defence space, including market analysis, account planning, relationship management as well as identifying new opportunities
  • Working closely with the Regional General Manager on bringing our sales strategy to life.
  • Execution of key activity and meeting financial milestones in line with budgets.
  • Effectively elevating our brand in the ACT market, making yourself a ‘go to’ in the region and making Davidson and yourself known as the IT recruiter of choice.
  • Work with our sourcing teams to ensure delivery against client requirements.
