Cleaner/Leading Hand (Gladstone)

CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, enjoying continued growth throughout the state.

We are looking for a Cleaner / Leading Hand role – perfect candidate is someone looking to take the next step in their career. This role is a hands-on cleaning role. Successful candidate will be trained to do audits and develop into a supervisor and or Client Service Manager.

Gladstone location, Part time with potential to go full time.

Key responsibilities include:

• A natural flair for organising, prioritising and ‘getting the job done’
• Attendance at client sites at agreed times
• 100% compliance with all client / site rules, policies, procedures
• Providing cleaning services strictly in accordance with agreed scopes of works and Service Agreements
• Reporting on serviceability / safety of cleaning tools and equipment
• General cleaning duties as required e.g., mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen / staff facilities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning and consumable replenishment, emptying bins etc.
• Strict compliance with all CMBM and client’s safety procedures and instructions
