What You’ll Need

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales and estimating teams to prepare detailed quote and tender documentation, while liaising with suppliers and manufacturers both locally and internationally.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • A deep understanding of commercial furniture, workstations, and storage systems
  • Proven experience in quoting, estimating, or tender preparation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to complement your technical know-how
  • The ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion with confidence and precision, including coordination with major international suppliers
  • Knowledge of commercial furniture or related interior fit-out products (highly regarded)
  • Bonus points if you have experience with CAD, drafting, or interior design

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations to support the sales team
  • Take part in the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects—from estimation and tendering through to processing and delivery
  • Conduct bid comparisons with factories and logistics companies to ensure optimal pricing and service
  • Interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Analyse floor plans and layouts to determine scope, product requirements, and configurations
  • Create detailed costing documents, schedules, inventories, and value-engineering options that align with Castledex brand standards
  • Manage quotes and purchase orders, including sourcing both locally and offshore
