About Nadrasca

Nadrasca is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee providing services to people with a disability and is a Registered NDIS Provider.

Nadrasca joined with Brite in April 2025 to form cape group, a newly formed brand resulting from the merger of the two NDIS registered providers with a combined 120 years in operation across the eastern and northern suburbs.

Together, we provide a range of services for people with disability, including home and living supports, social and community participation activities, youth employment assistance, supported employment, and NDIS support coordination.

The Position

Our activity, TalentMatch, empowers high-needs people with a disability to develop employability skills, unlock their potential and explore vocational pathways through a customised employment framework. Our focus is on supporting participants to explore industry and learn more about job opportunities that may be a fit for their talents, skills and goals. Individual coaching and group-based activities will support participants to develop employability skills, build confidence and enhance their skills.

This position is accountable and reports to the General Manager, Community, for the efficient, safe, and effective delivery of a range of tasks and supports.

This position is based in North-Western Melbourne (Sunshine and Melton)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Person-Centred Support: Deliver active, person-centred support, including behaviour support, relationship building, and community engagement.
  • Goal Setting & Customised Employment: Collaborate with participants to set, review, and achieve goals using the My Pathway My Plan framework and customised employment strategies.
  • Program Development & Facilitation: Design and deliver group-based programs, immersive activities, and work experience opportunities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate documentation, meet reporting requirements, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Commitment to Quality & Inclusion: Uphold duty of care, support disability rights, and continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness based on participant feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in disability (desired).
  • Current level 2 First Aid Certificate (essential).
  • Current drivers’ licence (essential).

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven experience in person-centred active support, skills development, behaviour support, and personal care.
  • Essential experience in disability employment, vocational education, or training; customised employment experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and facilitate skill-building in small groups.
  • Skilled in developing and executing project plans aligned with participant goals.
  • Strong commitment to disability rights and experience working with young people is highly regarded.
