Talent Acquisition Manager – Thailand Branch
Position Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Thailand branch, you will play a critical role in building our workforce by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet our staffing needs, align with our organizational goals, and drive growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans for Thailand, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment processes, and onboarding procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve recruitment goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, networks, and potential candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and job offers.
- Develop and manage the employer branding strategy to enhance our company’s reputation in the Thai job market.
- Implement recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee retention strategies.
- Manage recruitment-related vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies and technology providers.
- Provide guidance on candidate assessment, selection, and hiring decisions.
- Continuously assess and improve the talent acquisition process to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and talent management discussions at the executive level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in Thailand or a similar market.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and recruitment practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
